ATR Commercial Flooring
Concrete/Gypcrete Laborer - Minneapolis, MN 55432
The Concrete/Gypcrete Laborer is responsible for installing gypsum concrete in new and existing commercial buildings.
Pump Operator, Skid Loader Operator, Darby Operator, Rake Operator, Pour Hose Operator and Bag Breaker:
- We will train to become certified/skilled at each position as assigned.
- Must be able to consistently lift 80 lb bags of concrete.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions.
- Must use proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Will train on the steps to prepare a floor to receive gypsum concrete.
- Must be a quality and detail-oriented individual.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all crew members.
- Troubleshoots common problems that may occur.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required skills, experience and talents:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
- Knowledge of finishing gypsum or concrete is preferred but not required.
