Job description:
Paul's Pharmacy is currently looking for a staff pharmacist. Job duties include:
- Perform final check on all prescriptions
- Communicate with physicians and other medical personnel
- Recommend alternative pharmaceutical therapy when appropriate
- Counsel patients on the appropriate use of the medications
- Advise customers in the store or over the phone relating to their over-the-counter products, nutritional supplements, and prescription needs
- Assure that all technicians and pharmacy operations are conducted safely and according to pharmacy law
- Provide input and assistance to all members of the organization toward the achievement of the pharmacy's strategic objectives
- Be the patients pharmaceutical advocate
- Foster an environment of team success
Pay: $60.00 - $72.89 per hour
