Duties
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Drive company vehicle to different locations
- Windo cleaning in single-story locations
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial and residential buildings, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to achieve optimal clarity.
- Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas, including sills, frames, and adjacent surfaces, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning service.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to meet quality standards while working efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple sites.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during cleaning operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning, custodial work, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and tools, including squeegees, scrubbers, and water-fed pole systems.
- Experience operating scissor lifts or other elevated work platforms is highly desirable and may be required for certain sites.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
