Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and efficient Server to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate creates a welcoming dining experience, ensures accurate order delivery, and contributes to a positive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests promptly and provide menus
· Take accurate food and beverage orders
· Enter orders into POS system correctly
· Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
· Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
· Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
· Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
· Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests
· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
· Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Performance Expectations:
· Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service at all times
· Maintain section cleanliness and organization
· Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
· Work efficiently during high-volume periods
Qualifications:
· Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
· Strong communication and multitasking skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic math skills for handling payments
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 25-50lbs
Schedule:
· Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call availability
Pay: $15.15 per hour
