Construction Billing specialist is needed for HVAC Company. Applicant must have excellent typing and computer skills and communication skills. Position requires the ability to process billing on multiple platforms, Be familiar with reviewing contracts and AIA Billing Procedures, accounts payable entry, process proposals for a construction based company. Position also entails accounting work consisting of Bookkeeping, handling Insurance and assisting our accountant as needed. Notary license is a plus. Applicant must be reliable and on time, trustworthy and above else, a team player that can work well with others.
Must also be able to multi-task, must be proficient in excel and word.
We are a mechanical contractor, a basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and or refrigeration equipment would be helpful but not necessary.
