Lead HVAC Service Technician
Pay Range: $45-$60/hour depending on experience
Location: St. Louis, MO
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to combine advanced field service with leadership responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving difficult technical problems, and helping build a high-performing service department.

Daily Responsibilities
-
Handle advanced residential HVAC diagnostics and repairs
-
Support technicians with difficult troubleshooting and technical questions

Provide coaching and field training to newer technicians

Promote safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction

Help improve departmental processes and efficiency

Lead by example through professionalism and accountability

Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with the Service Manager on scheduling priorities and technical training needs.

Help implement new service procedures and promote best practices across the department.
Requirements
-
Five or more years of residential HVAC service experience
-
EPA Universal Certification
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills
