As a Part-Time Lead Childcare Teacher at New Life Church, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children in our early learning childcare center. Here’s a brief overview of the position:
**Responsibilities:**

Supervision and Care: Oversee the daily activities and well-being of a class of young children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement lesson plans that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.

Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly, clean, and engaging classroom that encourages children to learn and explore.

Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs.

Compliance: Adhere to the standards and regulations set by the church and relevant state authorities.
**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a federal background check
