Overview
Cafe Pierrot is open Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Full or Part time positions available. Saturday mornings are a must. Closed Sunday. We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. Flexible Shifts include: Monday - Friday 7am - 11:30 am, Saturdays 7am - 12:30 pm., Monday - Saturdy 7am - 3pm.
Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in food handling techniques and knowledgeable about food safety standards.
- Strong understanding of fine dining practices and presentation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
