Compensation
15% Commission on Total Contract Value Sold

Annual Sales Volume
Commission Earnings
$500,000 = $75,000
$1,000,000 = $150,000
$2,000,000= $300,000
$3,000,000= $450,000
$5,000,000= $750,000
Top performers have the potential to earn $250,000 to $500,000+ annually.

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Roofing Sales Professional, you will:
- Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
- Generate new business opportunities
- Conduct roof assessments and client meetings
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with our estimating team to develop proposals
- Present and negotiate contracts
- Maintain and grow a sales pipeline
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
