About Us:
Therapy OPS is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SLP who loves working with children and has a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy. You will work alongside experienced pediatric OTs, PTs, and SLPs in a positive, flexible, and educational environment.

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (built-in 3-day weekends!)
- Paid time for meetings, documentation, cancellations, and lunch
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice as an SLP in Minnesota
- Pediatric experience and comfort collaborating with families and other providers
- EMR experience is a plus
- Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric experience (CF candidates not eligible at this time)
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are highly desired
