Little Rockets Early Learning Center is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our growing team. As a newly licensed childcare center located in Randolph, WI, we are building a positive, family-focused environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about early childhood development, enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, and values strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Position Summary
The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, supervising children, and supporting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. This position also serves as a leader within the classroom by collaborating with other teachers and communicating effectively with families.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Provide a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with Wisconsin DCF regulations.
- Communicate regularly with families about their child's day and development.
- Supervise and collaborate with other teachers and staff.
- Complete required documentation, attendance records, and developmental observations.
Qualifications
- Meet Wisconsin DCF Lead Teacher qualifications.
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to actively engage with children and perform the physical requirements of the position.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
