JOB SUMMARY: As a Restaurant Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the General Manager and may supervise up to 20+ employees per shift with direct responsibility for all operations during your shift.
SKILLS NEEDED: Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
