Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and driven Management Trainees to join our Grand Opening Management Team. This is a unique opportunity to receive paid management training while supporting the launch of new restaurant locations across the country.
During the program, Management Trainees will work alongside experienced leadership teams, participate in restaurant openings, and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of restaurant operations. As our company continues to expand, successful trainees will be fast-tracked into General Manager opportunities at future locations.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt during training
Pay Rate: Paid training starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications). Upon successful completion of the training program, qualified candidates may be promoted to a Manager position with an annual salary ranging from $75,000–$120,000, depending on location, experience, and business needs. Compensation is subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholding. Additional performance-based bonuses may apply.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in paid training covering all restaurant operations.

Support new restaurant openings and pre-opening preparations.

Learn FOH and BOH operations, staffing, scheduling, food safety, and customer service.

Assist management with hiring, onboarding, and team development.

Ensure operational standards and company procedures are consistently followed.

Help coordinate grand opening activities and opening-day operations.

Lead and motivate team members while developing leadership skills.

Complete management training milestones and leadership evaluations.
Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience required.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Willingness to travel and support new restaurant openings as needed.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience opening new restaurant locations is a plus.

Experience managing high-volume or full-service restaurant operations is preferred.

Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and food safety regulations is a plus.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
