Hiring Shifts:
PM: 2:00PM-10:30pm
Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Transport individuals to appointments, social activities, and community outings
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals using proper techniques and assistive devices
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in direct support or home care preferred
