Let’s be honest right upfront: The shop is hot, and the work is hard. If you are looking for an easy, air-conditioned desk job, this isn’t it. But if you have a strong work ethic, thick skin, and a desire to build a real career with your hands, you won't find a better place to learn.
We don't need you to know everything on day one. We are looking for an individual who is ready to give us 8 hours of honest work for 8 hours of pay. If you bring the drive and a willingness to listen, we will teach you the rest. You will be working directly with our team, learning the ins and outs of custom fabrication, industrial welding, and advanced machine operations.
What You Will Do
- Assist with daily operations in a fast-paced metal fabrication and signage shop.
- Learn and operate industrial machinery (fiber lasers, CNC equipment, saws, and grinders).
- Assist with welding, material prep, and structural assembly.
- Load, unload, and move heavy materials and raw stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

- Prior experience with welding or basic shop tools is a plus, but a rock-solid work ethic is our absolute priority.
