We're seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians who want to grow their skills, make a difference, and be part of a team that values purpose, progress, and people.
What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Implement customized behavior and skill development plans created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, daily living, social, and play skills.
- Collect accurate data on behaviors and skill progress using our user-friendly digital systems.
- Collaborate with families to support carryover of skills across environments.
- Participate in ongoing supervision, coaching, and team meetings to support your growth.
- Travel to client homes (within your assigned local area) with mileage or travel time compensation.
Are You a Good Fit?
We’re looking for passionate, entry-level professionals who:
- Have 1–3 years of experience working with children (ABA, special education, daycare, or related settings preferred).
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or child development is a plus!).
- Are either RBT-certified or willing to become certified—we’ll help you get there!
- Are compassionate, patient, and adaptable to different home environments.
- Can reliably travel to homes across Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven, Litchfield, Middlesex, or other surrounding CT counties.
- Are ready to commit to consistent scheduling and professional growth.
- Can pass background checks and meet all agency health/safety requirements.

- Higher pay opportunities in Fairfield County (Stamford, Norwalk, Greenwich)
- Consistent caseloads in Hartford, New Haven, Middlesex Counties
- Flexible schedules in Litchfield, Tolland, Windham Counties
