What You'll Do
- Lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships
- Partner with field leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Maintain the highest standards of quality while exceeding client expectations
- Mentor project teams and help drive successful project execution
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory, Cleanroom, Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Healthcare, or other technically complex commercial construction projects
- Design-Build experience preferred
- Experience with an ENR-ranked contractor is a plus—but not required
- Procore experience required
