The Homeplace of Dorchester is growing — and because our community is now full, we’re looking for compassionate caregivers to join our amazing team! For this position you mist have all your CBRF classes completed.

Open Position:
- Part-Time Nights (NOC Shift): 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Set schedule including every other weekend

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support
- Support residents living with memory loss while promoting dignity and independence
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Work alongside a supportive and caring team
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but caring hearts are most important
