Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor to join our high-quality, fast-paced automotive repair facility. This position is ideal for someone who excels at building customer relationships, managing multiple priorities, and confidently closing repair recommendations.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Prepare and present large repair estimates with confidence.
- Build value in recommended repairs and earn customer approval.
- Manage workflow while maintaining excellent communication with customers and technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in to delivery.
