Directs office operations for Home Health Agency. Oversees operations and team to market and assess clients, recruit retain Caregivers, support community outreach and oversee office team supporting each business activity - Scheduling/recruiting/training/; Marketing - Business development and marketing Home care - growing Client list, supporting Senior Helpers Office activities( Outreach, collections, recruiting) necessary to run a high quality home care agency.
A high level mix of tasks is as follows: supports caregivers and clients in scheduling and obtaining care. Key tasks include assisting with recruiting - calling and setting interviews, obtaining employment information and saving in our system for use later. In addition, working with Clients to assist them with questions, obtaining care, interacting with family, Doctors, Nurses in supporting the scheduling and delivery of care. Other duties include supporting the daily office operations - phones, interviews, incoming calls, mail, supplies. A key daily task is gathering information on availability of staff, and client needs and helping match and schedule. Working with clients to schedule payments and maintain service continuity. Use of Wellsky scheduling or similar system to validate hours, collections and other information used in Senior Helpers. We google documents/excel for information sharing.
