We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Veterinarian to join our growing practice. Duties
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnose a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and emergency surgeries.
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and other medical treatments.
- Provide critical care services as needed.
- Perform catheterization and other medical procedures with confidence and precision.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.
- Educate clients on preventive medicine, nutrition, wellness, and responsible animal care.
- Handle and restrain animals safely and humanely during examinations and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient and client experiences.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Active veterinary license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an animal practice.
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
Partnership & Compensation Opportunity
This position offers more than a traditional associate role.
Upon joining the practice, the selected veterinarian will have the opportunity to become a Principal Partner with:
- 12.5% ownership in the practice
- No capital investment required
- 10% bonus on daily gross revenue exceeding $6,000

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
