Sales Team Member – CoaterZ
Location: 2321 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota
Full-Time
CoaterZ is looking for a high-performing sales team member who knows how to sell, communicate, and close. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who understands the automotive custom industry, can build value with customers, and knows how to turn leads into booked jobs.
You must be confident on the phone, strong with people, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Experience in dealership sales, F&I, accessories, or aftermarket automotive sales is a huge plus.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, honest, high energy, and ready to help us grow.
Responsibilities:
- Make 30 to 40 phone calls per day
- Answer inbound calls and follow up with leads
- Upsell every customer on additional services and products
- Book jobs and collect payments
- Manage customer communication from start to finish
- Use the CoaterZ CRM to track leads, jobs, and follow-ups
- Deliver strong customer service while driving sales
- Work 5 days per week plus attend car shows and events as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales skills and confidence closing deals
- Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
- Experience in dealership sales, F&I, accessories, or automotive restyling
- Knowledge of the car custom industry including services like PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, wraps, detailing, and accessories
- A team player who works well with others
- Someone who is honest, dependable, and high energy
- Someone who is motivated, organized, and performance-driven
- A high performer who takes ownership and gets results
