What You’ll Do

Provide professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims
-
Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming requests and preferences
-
Handle and restrain pets calmly, gently, and safely throughout the grooming process
-
Protect the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in your care
-
Monitor pets’ health and behavior during grooming appointments
-
Report health or behavioral concerns to the pet owner or veterinary team as appropriate
-
Maintain accurate records of each pet’s grooming history
-
Keep the grooming area clean, organized, and properly maintained
-
Collaborate with the hospital’s medical staff regarding overlapping patient needs
-
Provide attentive, professional service that builds long-term client relationships

Previous professional pet grooming experience

Strong bathing, brushing, haircutting, and nail-trimming skills

Safe, calm, and compassionate animal-handling techniques
