Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators, develop trial strategies, and play a key role in advocating for our clients.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case files through all phases of litigation.
- Draft and file complaints, motions, and other legal pleadings.
- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
- Develop case strategies and assist in trial preparation.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Provide legal guidance and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong case management and multitasking skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
