Customer Service Role – Soccer Focus

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll help create a seamless and positive experience for our customers:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist customers via phone, email, chat, always with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support Soccer Clubs: Build relationships with uniform coordinators and manage club accounts with accuracy and care
- Coordinate Orders & Updates: Keep customers informed, resolve issues quickly, and ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Be a Team Hub Expert: Manage and update products within our Team Hub system while providing feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with Sales: Support inventory checks, order processing, and follow-ups on customer inquiries
- Handle Key Transactions: Accurately enter credit memos, refunds, payments, and promotional/store orders

- Soccer Enthusiast: Strong knowledge and passion for soccer or sports are highly preferred
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong knowledge of soccer or sports.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
