Role Description This is a full-time, Carpenter role based in Waukesha, WI. We are looking to add multi-talented individuals who can do all types of residential remodeling related tasks. We will train the right individual that has the desire to learn and is looking to solidify a career in building and construction. We do not have any slow times, so this is a full time and year-round opportunity. The Carpenter will perform a variety of construction and restoration tasks, including framing, finish work, and general carpentry for commercial and exterior projects.
Qualifications
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience with general construction and building repair.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, with a focus on safe and efficient operation.
- Experience in framing work, including walls, roofs, and structural components.
- Ability to perform finish carpentry, including trim, doors, windows, and detailed interior work..
- Commitment to safety practices, adherence to company policies, and OSHA guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability in meeting project timelines.
- Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and lift, carry, or move materials as required.
- Previous experience in restoration, remediation, or commercial construction is a plus.
- MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Waukesha, WI job sites.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
