LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients in the looking to fill a Staff Accountant job for the corporate office located in Fairfield, CA. This work schedule is hybrid except for the week of the close100%. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience as an Accountant. The job will work heavily in the general ledger, assist with the month-end close, handle month-end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and assist with other projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required - Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits - Strong with reconciliations - Experience in logistics or distribution industry is nice to have - Highly proficiency with Microsoft Excel able to do pivot table and vlookups - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus but experience with a large ERP is required - Able to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines - Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem-solver - Strong communications (written & verbal) Experience: 5 years of experience a Staff Accountant (Staff Accountant, Accountant, Senior Accountant) Employment Type: Direct Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Matching If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
