Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. This role is ideal for an OT who values purposeful work, collaborative environments, and the flexibility of part-time hours while helping children build the functional skills they need to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience working with infants, children, and adolescents in clinical, school, or community settings
- Experience with sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care skills, and developmental delays preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- A passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to providing equitable access to quality pediatric care
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative, family-centered approach to treatment
Schedule & Location
- Hours available Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Flexible part-time schedule
- On-site at our pediatric clinic in Elizabeth, NJ
- Possible hybrid opportunities depending on client needs
- Opportunities for treatment-focused or evaluation-focused positions

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
