Overview
Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its New York City office. Duties
- Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and routing incoming calls.
- Manage conference room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and ready for use.
- Coordinate building and office access for employees and visitors.
- Assist with meeting logistics, office events, and administrative support.
- Prepare correspondence, process expense-related tasks, and maintain office documentation.
- Create office newsletters and promotional materials for internal events.
- Support new hire onboarding and other day-to-day office operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; additional office administration certifications are a plus.
- At least one year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or office coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and Canva is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be able to work on-site at the New York City office.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
