Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their automotive needs through active listening and effective communication.
- Assist clients in selecting automotive parts, accessories, and repair services that meet their requirements.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical troubleshooting skills to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage inventory control and automotive parts management to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
- Conduct sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable advice on vehicle maintenance, repair options, and aftermarket products.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory using Microsoft Office applications and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership sales or retail automotive parts sales with a strong understanding of automotive repair and vehicle systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, auto parts management, and inventory control processes.
- Familiarity with dealership operations, POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and CMMS software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment, stocking, cashiering, and customer service tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive phone etiquette.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures along with retail math skills for accurate pricing and sales calculations.

Pay: $51,860.12 - $62,455.20 per year
