Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to support project execution
- Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate power tools and basic equipment for cutting, drilling, and assembly tasks under supervision
- Support erosion control measures to prevent soil erosion and protect the environment on site
- Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures safely to reach elevated work areas as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, is essential
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair is a plus
- Familiarity with power tools and manual tools used in construction tasks

Pay: $20.00 - $30.47 per hour
