Specialized Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Staffing Support to join our team. We are interested in candidates who have done high-volume staffing in an industrial environment or with a staffing agency, but we are open to train the right, highly-motivated candidate.
This position is ideal for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented--- and is motivated by the rewards that come with those results.
Your duties would include:
- Welcome new Applicants for Interviews
- Filling open orders
- Translating Support for Admin Support
- Onboarding new temporary employees
- Conducting employee orientations and safety training
- Coaching/ mentoring temporary employees
- Working closely with our clients to understand their needs
- Providing an unparalleled level of customer service
