Are you a Magician? Are you the kind of person who can keep ten plates spinning without dropping one? Do you love taking complicated information, organizing it into a clear plan, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Can you juggle client relationships, legal documents, financial information, deadlines, and moving priorities—all while keeping a smile on your face? If you're nodding your head, keep reading.
Estate Planning Law Center is looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and precision. This isn't a role where you'll sit in the back office pushing paper all day. You'll be a critical part of helping families protect everything they've worked their entire lives to build.
One minute you may be reviewing a client's real estate holdings, investment accounts, and beneficiary designations. The next, you'll be coordinating with attorneys, financial advisors, and clients to ensure their estate plan is implemented correctly and every asset is accounted for. No two days are exactly alike—and that's exactly how you like it.
We're looking for someone who takes their role and owns it! Someone who enjoys solving puzzles, spotting details others miss, and bringing order to complexity. Someone who gets satisfaction from turning a stack of statements, deeds, account records, and legal documents into a well-organized plan that protects a family's future.
The ideal candidate is equal parts detective, project manager, client advocate, and problem solver. You don't get overwhelmed by moving pieces—you use proven systems and innovate those of your own to manage them. You aren't intimidated by financial information—you enjoy understanding how assets fit together. And you understand that behind every trust, deed, and account statement is a family counting on us to get it right.
If you're looking for meaningful work, a fast-paced environment, and a team that is passionate about helping families preserve their legacy, this may be exactly the opportunity you've been searching for.
