We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of a beautiful newly built hotel.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys building teams, driving strong guest satisfaction, and delivering exceptional operational performance. The property offers a fresh, modern environment and the opportunity to establish the culture, service standards, and operational excellence from the ground up.
We are specifically looking for candidates with previous Hilton-brand experience who understand the standards, systems, and guest expectations associated with the brand.

Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

Recruit, train, and develop a strong hospitality-driven team

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high guest satisfaction scores

Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality assurance requirements, and operational procedures

Manage the hotel’s financial performance including P&L, labor management, and operational budgets

Drive occupancy and revenue through local partnerships, corporate relationships, and community engagement

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming property environment

Collaborate with ownership to achieve performance and growth goals

Previous Hilton brand experience required

3+ years of hotel leadership experience (General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred)

Strong knowledge of hotel financial performance including P&L, labor, and revenue management
