Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in identifying and locating various vehicle parts
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate listing of auto parts on computer programs
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Successfully pass a background check
- Occasionally work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Answer all calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Effectively communicate with customers, whether selling vehicle parts face-to-face or over the phone
- Read and comprehend vehicle parts in the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Stock inventory in storage and on shelves, and perform other duties
