H.I.S. Fire & Safety is currently looking for a skilled technician. We will provide on the job training to all new hires. The technician will perform maintenance, service, testing, and inspections on fire extinguishers. The technician must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and possess willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily. The technician must submit to and pass a DISA alcohol and drug test screening with future random drug screens.

Must be 21
Drivers license required
Clean driving record and be insurable to drive company vehicles
Able to pass a physical with drug screening
-Duties
Perform shop service and field inspections on fire extinguishers
Documentation
Assist others in facility when needed
Maintain work area and shop vehicles in a orderly condition
Forklift Operation
Lift and or move up to 60lbs
Travel to customer sites
-Qualifications
Have or obtain after training a State Fire Marshall License
Have or obtain a TWIC card and other required safety certificates
-Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor
Exposure to hot, cold, wet and humid weather conditions
