Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Roll-Off Dump Truck Driver to transport and deliver materials using roll-off trucks. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a that truck has a manual transmission, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety. They need to be able to speak Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver waste, construction debris, or materials to designated locations.
- Load and unload containers safely and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure proper maintenance, safety, and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety policies, and company procedures.
- Interact professionally with clients, site supervisors, and coworkers.
Experience, Education, and Skills Required
- Valid CDL Class B or higher (Class A preferred).
- At least 5 of experience operating a manual transmission roll-off dump trucks.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety procedures and DOT regulations.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor as needed.
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Speak Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in waste management, construction, or hauling.
- Knowledge of roll-off container operations, tie-downs, and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to dump truck operation and construction environments.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
