- Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Help train, motivate, and develop store employees.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in achieving sales goals and operational targets.

- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
