Job Overview:
We are a structural contracting company in Palm Beach County that is seeking an experienced shell superintendent. Applicant must be experienced in all phases of custom home shell construction and be able to perform shell construction with minimal supervision. Top pay and incentives for the right individual.
- Must have 5 years experience in custom shell construction.
- Must possess good plan reading and layout skills of all phases of shell construction.
- Must have good material takeoff skills and be proficient with ordering materials through various vendors.
- Must have good communication skills verbally and through email.
- Must possess strong safety and quality workmanship standards
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Must speak English. Bilingual is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
