Prestigious Santa Barbara architectural firm specializing in high-end residential design is seeking a Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate with 8 years’ experience. Below are some of the Project Manager’s responsibilities but not limited to:
· Has received a professional or post-graduate architectural degree.
· Manages a single project in various phases of design, development and construction.
· Has a clear and comprehensive understanding of the design.
· Prepares and develops, where required, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design and development of the project.
· Takes responsibility for the implementation of the design and project development.
· Attends all necessary client meetings.
· Manages a project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration.
· Coordinates with consultants, owner’s representatives, and other parties or agencies involved with the project.
· Maintains up to date knowledge of project progress, schedule, budget and required tasks and services to be completed.
· Coaches and mentors the project team.
· Thorough knowledge and implementation of Office Standard setups and sheets in compliance with the company procedures and standards.
· Exhibits a thorough understanding of all phases of a project.
· Welcomes a challenge and rises to the occasion – willing to commit the time, effort and energy to do so.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
