KTBB/KRWR is looking for a full-time team member at its locally owned radio stations in Tyler, Texas to fill a position as Traffic Coordinator & Receptionist. A capacity for detail and accuracy while meeting daily deadlines is essential. Basic computer skills required. Prior experience as a traffic coordinator is not required. Training will be provided.
Duties will include processing the daily commercial and programming logs for two radio stations, answering a multi-line telephone system, filing, greeting of clients and visitors, preparation of daily bank deposits, support of local sales staff, processing of daily outgoing mail and generation of end-of-month billing.
The company offers group health and dental insurance coverage and paid time off after six months. High school diploma required.
