Responsibilities

- Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation during storage and delivery
- Assist with food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and assembling ingredients for various recipes
- Maintain strict food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations, and organizing supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts within a food production or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Skilled in food preparation techniques including knife skills, cooking, and baking processes
- Experience with packaging foods for retail or catering purposes preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients when necessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience in restaurants or catering environments is highly desirable
