Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This position is the face of our store — assisting customers with equipment purchases, parts lookup, and product questions. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with equipment and parts sales
- Look up parts using manufacturer diagrams and computer systems
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with service technicians on repair parts
- Help maintain an organized and stocked showroom
Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Outdoor power equipment knowledge is a plus (training available)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
