Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Recommend appropriate insurance products and explain coverage options.
- Prepare quotes and complete insurance applications.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with existing clients for policy reviews and renewals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Sales or customer service experience is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
