Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the customers of the center by answering any questions and offering aid as necessary.
- Patrol all areas of the property looking for disturbances, safety deficiencies, fire, persons in need of direction or assistance and Code of Conduct violations.
- Some Facilities experience is desired.
- Report any unusual occurrences or deficiencies immediately to supervisor.
- Address spills or other hazardous or potentially hazardous circumstances in accordance with accepted safety practices.
- Maintain personal equipment, uniform, radios, and physical appearance in accordance with Forbes Company policies.
- Examine all safety and fire equipment for proper working condition.
- Direct traffic in congested areas.
- Inspect parking areas for employee parking violations.
- Identify lease violations.
- Collect and turn in to dispatch all lost and found articles.
- Operate mobile vehicles, emergency equipment, AED, fire extinguisher, fire sprinkler system and alarm panel.
- Perform other duties successfully as assigned.
- Operate and maintain two-way radios and equipment assigned for use.
- Prepare standard company reports.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
