Shift Leader
Lead the team during your shift
We’re looking for a dependable Shift Leader to help run the floor and keep things moving during busy shifts. This role is for someone who’s comfortable taking the lead, helping the team stay on track, and making sure customers leave happy.
You’ll be responsible for supervising staff during your shift, assigning tasks, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes that means helping a team member, sometimes it means handling a customer concern, and sometimes it’s just making sure everything gets done the way it should.
This position requires closing at least three nights a week, including Friday and Saturday. The good news is we’re closed on Sundays, so everyone gets that day off.
1. Help assign tasks and keep things organized
2. Handle customer issues when they come up
3. Train and support new employees
4. Close registers and count the daily till
