Glen Ellyn District 41 is Seeking a Cross Country Coach at Hadley Jr High Group III
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop training programs to improve endurance and performance.
-
Teach proper running techniques and race strategies.
-
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
-
Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes.
-
Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members.
-
Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and the Athletic Director.
-
Attend all meets and provide guidance during competitions.
Qualifications:
-
Previous coaching experience in cross country or track and field, preferably at the junior high level.

Strong knowledge of cross country training and techniques.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to inspire and mentor young athletes.
