OneSource Print Solutions is a print and promotional products distributor providing commercial printing, direct mail, branded merchandise, apparel, and fulfillment services. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and help ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
This position is ideal for an experienced shipping, receiving, or warehouse professional who is highly organized, comfortable in a hands- on role, while directing another team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily shipping, receiving, inventory, quality control, and order fulfillment activities.
- Direct and coordinate the priorities and daily work of the Shipping Clerk/Driver
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products, quantities, condition, and compliance with specifications
- Perform final inspection of completed orders for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging before shipment
- Coordinate FedEx, UPS, local delivery, LTL carriers, other outbound shipments
- Monitor order deadlines and help ensure accurate, on-time completion and delivery.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies as needed
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Communicate order issues, shortages, damages, and potential delays promptly
- Assist with local deliveries or provide driver coverage when needed
- Maintain inventory of warehouse packaging supplies and re-order as needed
- Recommend and implement improvements to warehouse processes to improve organization, accuracy, safety, and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide clear direction and follow up on assigned work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a small team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency, including UPS / FedEx online, MS Excel, and inventory management systems
- Prior forklift experience or current forklift certification
- Valid California driver’s license and driving record acceptable under the company’s insurance requirements (maximum 2 points, no DUI's)
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 60 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong proficiency and experience with Odoo, Netsuite, SAP or similar ERP systems
- One year or more of experience in commercial printing, promotional products, apparel, mailing, or e-commerce fulfillment, with a working knowledge of printing industry specifications
- 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory role

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
