Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately take customer orders using our POS system.
- Prepare fresh food according to Tiago’s Tacos recipes and standards.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.
- Keep the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms clean and organized.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Communicate and work well with your teammates.
- Help create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
