What You’ll Do
Leasing & Sales
- Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone
- Give engaging property tours and showcase what makes our community stand out
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
- Follow up with prospects and confidently close leases
Resident Experience
- Be the go-to person for residents
- Handle questions, concerns, and service requests with professionalism
- Help create a positive, community-driven living experience
- Assist with resident events and engagement
Office & Operations
- Manage calls, emails, and daily office flow
- Keep the leasing office organized and inviting
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry and file management
Marketing & Outreach
- Help keep listings fresh and attractive online
- Support marketing efforts and community outreach
- Stay informed on competitors and local market trends
Property & Maintenance Coordination
- Walk units and ensure they are move-in ready
- Coordinate maintenance needs and follow up on completion
What Success Looks Like
- Turning leads into tours and tours into leases
- Creating happy residents who renew their leases
- Maintaining high occupancy and strong community reputation
- Earning strong bonuses by hitting and exceeding leasing goals
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–6 months of customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
